DESCRIPTION:Natural Areas Conservancy will host a Super Steward: Pathkeeper training on Saturday\, February 28\, 2026 at Marine Park. If you are attending\, please fill out this waiver. Note: Every attendee must fill out waiver. If you have others joining\, please ensure they fill out the waiver above as well.\n\n\n\nLocation: Seba Playground [Seba Ave &\, Gerritsen Ave\, Brooklyn\, NY 11229] \nTime: 10am – 1pm \nDuring this training you will learn: \n\nHow to identify and assess trail conditions\nWays to mitigate trail concerns\nPlant identification and invasive/non-native species management techniques\nStandard trail corridor dimensions & how to prune native vegetation using basic arboriculture methods\n\nWhat should you bring: \n\nA water bottle\nWeather appropriate clothing\nLong pants\nSturdy\, closed toe shoes\n\nAll participants are encouraged to attend the Super Steward Orientation prior to training. You can register for the Super Steward Orientation on the NYC Parks Super Steward website (there is one every month).
