Find the joy of poetry\, expression\, movement\, music\, imagination\, and storytelling in an intergenerational setting as we explore traditional Indian dance forms that combine emotion\, melody\, and rhythm. Participants will use observation and visualization to narrate stories; we will also co-create movements together. All the techniques can be done seated on a chair\, standing up\, or even just with your hands! All movements are beginner-friendly\, and activities are adaptable to all abilities.
